It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent Edward Sergent (Monticello, Illinois), born in Urbana, Illinois, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Olie Sergent and Zola Sergent; his children, Michael Sergent (Kathy) of Ft. Myers, Fla, Debbie Webber (Ron) of Longview, Gail Scott (Dan) of Oakwood and Tammy Sergent-Grimm (Jim) of Tuscola; and his siblings, Gary Sergent of Mayview, Sandra Marshall of Rantoul, Jim and Beverly. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
Due to the pandemic, there will be a private service at the Monticello Cemetery in Monticello, Illinois with a Celebration of Life at a later date.
