It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherry J. Wright of Monticello, Illinois, born in Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William "Bud"; and her stepfather Luke Wilmert. She is survived by: her husband Richard Wright of Monticello; her sons, Jeff Wright (Kathy) of Monticello and Mike Wright (Cristin McMullen) of Monticello; her sister Nancy Rodriguez (Raul) of Arlington Heights; her stepmother Betty J. Sparling (Barrow) of Lincoln; and her cousins, Jim Hoffert (Deb) of Decatur and John Knoles (Rhonda) of Mason City. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
