He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carl and Catherine McPheeters (Francis); his wife Mary Lou; his siblings, Martha McPheeters, Mary Roussos, Malinda Dorina McPheeters, Jennie Maxwell, Jessie Rein, Almana, Francis McPheeters and James McPheeters; and his great grandchildren, Savanna Rexroad and Felicia Emmons.
He is survived by: his children, Debra J. Rexroad of Monticello, Cindy E. Barnes (Jim) of Monticello, Thomas J. 'Pete' McPheeters (Diane) of Monticello and Becky J. Blacker (Gary) of Monticello; and his sister-in-law Maxine McPheeters of Monticello. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 25 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Senior Peace Meals, the VFW Honor Guard or an organization of the donor's choice.
