Hicks of Monticello, Illinois, born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Campbell and Betty Campbell (Lee); her sisters-in-law, Alice Hicks and Cathy Merriman; and her niece Cindy Lesniewski.
She is survived by: her husband Darrel Hicks of Monticello; her daughters, Tina Camacho (Joel) of Monticello, Sherri Griffith (Jim) of Monticello and Beth Huisinga (Jesse) of Monticello; her grandchildren, Danny, Jenny, Rathen, Cheri, Stacy, Scott, Triston, Carter and Laci; her great grandchildren, Kyndall, Khloe, Aiden, Camilla, Tyler, Ashley, Nathan, Nick, Griffin, Kate, Samantha, Kali and Mia; and her siblings, Jimmy Merriman of Texas, John Campbell (MJ) of North Carolina, Peggy Caudry (Bob) of Virginia and Cathy Cotter (Jesse) of Texas.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, the Monticello Athletic Boosters, or an organization of the donor's choice.
