He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ruthenberg and Jacqueline Ruthenberg (Maurice); and his brothers, Ronald and Robert Ruthenberg. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ruthenberg of Monticello; his daughters, Nicole Jackson of Chenoa, IL and Noelle Ratliff of Crossroads, TX; and his sister Carol Julius of Utica, MI.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
