Phyllis I. Perkins Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis I. Perkins of Monticello, Illinois, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Alexander and Ethel Alexander (Blacker); her husband Earl E. Perkins; her son Roger Perkins; and her brother Wayne Alexander.

She is survived by: her children, Jerry Perkins (Lau Rae) of Monticello and Cathy Warmbier of Monticello; her grandchildren, Marisa Hill (Chris), Andrew Perkins, Amber Warmbier and Steven Warmbier (Alyson); and her great grandchildren, Landen Hill, Brooklynn Hill, Mary Jane Hill, Parker Warmbier, Jade Warmbier and Eli Warmbier.

Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
