He was predeceased by: his father Roy Kleven; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son Jesse (Tiffany); his granddaughters, Adeline and Maybelle; and his siblings, Virginia Reynolds (Jim), Brigetta Ewing (Derek), Philip and Kyle Hoffman.
