She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Ashley and Jasper Ashley; and her siblings, Vernal Ashley, Pauline Pierce and Irene May.
She is survived by: her husband Loren Sosamon; her children, Dianna Dalton (George "Sonny") of Monticello, Lynn Sosamon of White Heath and Marca Fleener (Al) of Farmer City; her daughter-in-law Mary Sosamon of Monticello; her grandchildren, Matt, Sean, Justin, Cody and Emmaline; and her great grandchildren, Alexandra, Raegan, Sofia, Conner, Jayden, Sierra and Savana. She is also survived by numerous nephews & nieces and grand pets.
Memorials may be made to Maple Point Assisted Living, her much loved home over the last few years, or to Calvary Baptist Church.
