He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Rhoades and Inez Rhoades (Strohl); his brothers, Dwight, Don and Bill Rhoades; and his former wife Frances Rhoades (Tipsword).
He is survived by: his former wife Frances Tipsword; his wife Martha Ann (Stanley); and his sons, Steve Rhoades (Gloria) of Monticello, Jerry Rhoades (Mary) of White Heath, John Rhoades (Mavis) of Oregon, WI and David Rhoades (Renee) of Ottawa. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 6 step children, and 7 step grandchildren.
Memorials may be made out to the First Baptist Church of Monticello.
