He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Bundy of Monticello; his daughter-in-law Vickey Bundy of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Kristin and Kyle; his great grandchildren, August, Oliver and Mac; and his stepgrandchildren, Jamie Stack, Lindsey Eads and Ashley Salazar.
