He is survived by: his sister Rita Henneberry of Kewanee, IL; his sons, Tony (Carol) of Centerville, OH, John (Robin) of Springfield, IL, Bill (Darla) of Monticello, IL, Rich (Annie) of Monticello, IL, Jeff (Anita) of Hammond, IL, Jim (Connie) of Cerro Gordo, IL, Chris (Celine) of Effingham, IL and Joe (Lori) of O'Fallon, MO.; and his caregivers, Samantha and Janet.
Memorials may be made to the Piatt County Nursing Home or the Maple Point Foundation.
