He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Miner and Blanche Miner (Carper); his brothers, Dwight Miner and Eldon Chapman; and his daughter-in-law Justine Miner.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Faye Miner of Monticello; his children, Lorie Brown (Blair) of White Heath, Brenda Brown of Monticello, Dennis Miner of Monticello and Dan Miner (Mindy) of Champaign; and his siblings, Alan Miner of Green Valley, AZ, Virginia Norfleet of Monticello and Velma Gadbury of Mahomet. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
