He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl Speer; and his mother Mary Bridgett Hayes Allman. He is survived by: his daughter Melea Allman; his grandson Leland James Allman of Monticello; and his sisters, Bridgett Ann Dederick (Arthur) of Bethesda, MD, Mary Catharine of Monticello and Margaret Ruth Fifeld (David) of Manvel, TX.. He is also survived by Uncle Jim had nine nieces and nephews and thirteen great nieces and nephews.
