He was predeceased by: his brother Jesse Warren; and his grandfather John Secrist. He is survived by: his parents, Jack Warren and Dana Warren (Secrist); his children, Ariel Fogerson, Jamie, Devin, Caleb and Ariana Warren; and his grandparents, Joy Secrist, Hubert Warren and Shelby Warren.
