The passing of Gloria J. Marschik of Monticello, Illinois, born in Vincennes, Indiana leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 2, 2024 at the age of 75. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Thorn and Juanita Thorn (Ridgley); and her daughters, Andrea and Angela Gray. She is survived by: her husband Kurt Marschik of Monticello; her sons, Jeff Gray of Monticello, Ryan Gray (Heather) of Normal and Chad Marschik of Springfield; her grandchildren, Jack, Elizabeth Gray, Quinn Marschik (Hilary) of Dallas and Riley Marschik (Emily) of Colorado Springs; her great grandchildren, Henry and Keeley; and her sisters, Judy Waggoner of Melbourne, FL and Linda Mante of Monticello. She is also survived by her nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the First Presbyterian Church of Monticello or the Piatt County Animal Shelter.
