He is survived by: his wife Darlene Kelm of Monticello, IL; his children, Michael Scott Kelm (Stephanie Sloan) of Galesburg, IL, Bradley James Kelm (Kimberly) of Savoy, IL, Lisa Mann (Michael) of Monroe, TN and Aimee Lee (Jason) of Monticello, IL; his grandchildren, Frederick Brennan Kelm (Sydney), Alexa McMahel, Madison McMahel, Payton Lee and Brooklyn Lee; and his great grandchildren, Annalise Kay Kelm and Karson Bradley Kelm.
