He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Hoffman and Edith Hoffman (Heckman); his wife Florence C. Kraft; and his siblings, Harold Gene Hoffman and Mary Catlin.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Hoffman of Cisco, Jeff Hoffman (Colleen) of White Heath and Dennis Hoffman (Donna Hoffman) of Cisco; his grandchildren, Caleb, Justin (Tori), Katie (Nick), Hunter and Chance; his great grandchildren, Dillon, Ada and Bryson; and his sister-in-law Norma Jean Hoffman of Monticello.
Memorials may be made to the Piatt County Nursing Home.
