Catherine M. Sample Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2022, at the age of 91, Catherine M. Sample of Monticello, Illinois, born in Kingman, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eaustin Crowder and Mary Crowder (Barker); her husband Glenwood Sample; her son Donald 'Tootie'; and her brothers, Sam and Dale Crowder.
She is survived by: her sons, Glenn J. Sample (Cheryl) of Maroa, Alan Sample of Argenta, Jeffrey Sample of Salt Lake, UT, Jerry Sample (Shelly) of Monticello and Ronnie Sample of Argenta; and her sister Shirley McMasters of Cates, IN.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, many step-grandchildren.
