She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold McCormick and Alice McCormick (Burly); her spouse Jerry Allen Brazelton; and her siblings, Shirley Shumate, Gloria McCormick and William McCormick.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Munster (Harry) of Monticello, Janice Donaldson (Jim) of Monticello, Judy Arney (Troy) of Monticello and Jerry Russell Brazelton (Leanne) of Bement; and her siblings, Joe McCormick of Paxton, Wayne McCormick (Darlene) of Potomac, Betty Trowbridge (Robert) of Sydney and Linda McCormick of Fort Myers, FL.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
