Arthur G. Finet Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur G. Finet of Monticello, Illinois, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arthur G. Finet to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adhemar Florimond Marius and Leona Irene Finet (Williamson); his daughter Andrea Renee Finet; and his sister Carole Toth. He is survived by: his significant other Edwina Scott Finet (Green); his children, Dayna Finet of Austin, TX, Arthur Scott Finet of Herndon, VA, Brian Finet (Kelly) of Monticello, IL and David Finet (Marya Sosulski) of Detroit, MI; and his sister Geraldine Willard (Geri) of Westville, IL.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID concerns a private family burial will be held at this time with a Memorial service to be scheduled in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the Alzheimer's Foundation, Faith in Action, or Christ Lutheran Church.
