He is survived by: his daughters, Vicky Evans (Robert) and Lauralee Boushay (Jerome); his grandchildren, Jennifer Hoehn (Dale), Carrie Rubo (Scott), Christina Nakanishi (Scott) and Nicholas Boushay; his great grandchildren, Aimee Hoehn, Dawn Hayes (Marshall), Brittaney Baskin (Tyler), Jacob, Zachary and Michaela Rubo; his great great grandchild Alexander Grant; and his sister Bessie Lake.
