He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregorio Sanchez and Soledad Sanchez (Mendoza); his wife Aurora; his children, Ramon (Estela) and Exiyeny; and his grandson Daniel.
He is survived by: his children, Israel, Eleazar (Paloma), Octavio (Angela) and Angelica Sanchez (Francisco); his grandchildren, Alonso, Ramon, Israel Jr., Alondra, Anayeli, Leslie, Lorely, Angel, Yamely, Sebastian, Yave, Josue and Julieta; and his siblings, Valeriano Sanchez Mendoza, Eliodoro Mendoza, Gloria Sanchez Mendoza and Pascuala Sanchez Mendoza. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
