She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Newton and Angeline Newton (Rolling); and her siblings, Don, Jack, Earl Newton, Betty Barbel, Marilyn Carter and Joanne Arnold.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Tinsley; her children, Steven Tinsley (Debbie) and Tina Tinsley; her grandsons, Christian Keniston, Michael Tinsley and Nathan Tinsley; and her brother Richard Newton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
