He is survived by: his wife Annette; his daughter Julie Bielaga (late Steven) of Naperville, IL; his grandchildren, Matthew (Amanda), Emily Bielaga, Jenna Lucchesi, Sarah and Rachel Mudra; his great grandchild Darin; his niece Susan Boycott (Bob); and his cousins, Gene Mudra and Boyd Mudra.
