We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Regina Murphy in Montgomery, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertis Thomas and Ernistine Thomas (Zielinski). She is survived by: her husband Gary; her sons, Gary Jr. (Becca) and Mike Murphy (Denise); her grandchildren, Jacob Murphy, Cody Murphy (Amanda), Michael Szwacki and Sharelle Hammers (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Ayden and Dean Hammers; and her siblings, Bert Thomas, Maureen Robertson, Terry Patti (Bernard), Lani Dunfee (Terry) and Cindy Rose. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.

We ask that you please follow social distancing guidelines and wear a facemask.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations under Regina's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
