It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Cassidy (Montgomery, Illinois), born in Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on February 18, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sibling Charles S. Hoult (Charlotte); her spouse Samuel M. Cassidy, III; her children, Frances Cassidy Sabad of Lexington, KY, Michael Kern Cassidy of San Anselmo, CA, James Wood Cassidy of Lexington, KY and Mary Carroll Cassidy-Anger; her grandchildren, Elizabeth "Katie", Alexander "Alex", Samantha Jane Sabad, Ryan S., Rebecca C. Anger and Sofia F. Cassidy; her sibling-in-law Chas; and her husband Sam.
An additional visitation on February 28, 2018 from 9:00AM until 10:00AM time of Service at Walnut Hill Church, Lexington, KY, followed by burial in Lexington Cemetery., (Lexington) In lieu of flowers, memorials may be considered for Walnut Hill Church Memorial Fund or charity of choice.
