He is survived by: his wife Thelma Weeks (Ohrt); his daughters, Gwen Carlson (Gene) and Carrie Collins (Tim); his grandchildren, Gregory Young (Sarah), Matthew Carlson, Joshua Chrestman (Mindy) and Kelsey Ziemnik (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Alexis, Dylan, Brody, Jace Young, Macey, Tucker Chrestmen, Kyla and Connor Ziemnik; and his siblings, Sally M. Steward, Gilbert W. Weeks, Darlene Harvey (Ray) and Brian Weeks (Julie).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his honor to St. Luke's Lutheran Church for a memorial that will be established.
