Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mildred Louise (Skaggs) Kirtley (Montgomery, Illinois), who passed away at the age of 79, on December 13, 2018. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Rob" Kirtley; her parents, Willie Skaggs and Virgie Skaggs; her brother Otis Skaggs; and her granddaughters, Olivia Hailey and Brianna Owens.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Gayle, Virginia "Sue" and Steven Robert; her aunt Mildred; her children, Sue Owens and Steve Kirtley (Nikki); and her grandchildren, Rickey, Christopher Hailey, Michael Kirtley, Kristin Carty, Heather, Danny, Chloe Owens, Alexander and Benjamin Kirtley. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and many relatives and friends.
