She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred and Ann; and her brothers, Gary Ostrowski and Alfred "Sonny" Ostrowski (Carole). She is survived by: her husband Daniel G Pugh; her son Chad Pugh (Jennifer) of Sugar Grove, IL; her grandchildren, Corinne Pugh and Cole Pugh; her brother Dennis Ostrowski (Cory) of Alabama; and her goddaughter Lisa Quigley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
