He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Jacqueline Mueller (Michael) of Elburn, IL, Janice Malacina of Pleasant Prairie, WI, Joseph Malacina (Dailene) of Mauston, WI and Jill Malacina of Plano, IL; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Ryan, Samantha, Shaela, Bradley and Roslyn; his great grandchildren, Jethro, Emma, Wyatt, Rylee and Braxton; his sister-in-law Joyce Malacina; and his cousin Ronald Tater (Mary Ann).
