She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Fixmer and John Fixmer; and her brothers, Robert Fixmer (Audrey) of Fort Atkinson and Warren Fixmer (Jean) of Montgomery, Illinois.. She is survived by: her husband Donald John Schweisthal; her children, Daniel Schweisthal (Lisa), Barbara Mayer (Charlie) and David Schweisthal (Anita); her grandsons, Donald Schweisthal (Shelley), Michael Schweisthal (Nadia), Joseph Schweisthal (Lauren), Theodore Mayer, Eric Mayer, Thomas Schweisthal (Paige), Nicholas Schweisthal and Andrew Schweisthal; and her great grandchild Perry Schweisthal.
