He is survived by: his daughter Alyssa Churchill; his fiancée Jennifer Davis; his fiancée's children, Arianna, Gracie, Sammie and Brian Davis; and his siblings, David Churchill (Debbie), William Churchill (Sharon), Theresa Benegas (Abel) and Raymond Churchill (Nicky).
