He is survived by: his mother Maxine Harper of Clover, WV; his wife Judy Harper; his son Jamie Harper (Miranda) of Winona, MN; and his brother David "Sam" Harper (Betty) of Clendenin, WV. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
