He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Salazar and Dolores Salazar (Garcia); and his siblings, Racheal Trevino (late Ray), Jesus (late Margarita), Juan (late Clara), Gilbert (Florinda), Vincente (Dora) and Jose (late Rosario).
He is survived by: his wife Maria; his sons, Lazaro (Marilyn), Henry Jr. (Sylvia) and Adrian (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Armando, Michael (Brii), Christopher, Jacob, Jannesa, Matthew, Joseph, Amanda Rempert (Tyler), Nathan, Gilbert and Lucas; his great grandchildren, Kyra and Anthony; and his sister Lily Trevino (late Segundo).
