He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Hem and Arlene Hem (Lehman). He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Heidi Hem (Greg Hanselman), Dr. Derek Hem (Morgan) and Chad Gullickson (Marisa); his grandchildren, Ashton, Reese, Ethan, Maren, Emma and Carter; his siblings, Arlynn Manasse (Henri) and Ronald Hem (Janet); his mother-in-law Delores Bay; and his sister-in-law Terri Krause. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
