Dennis J. Kaus Obituary
In loving memory of Dennis J. Kaus (Montgomery, Illinois), who departed this world on March 28, 2025 at the age of 73. Dennis leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Kaus and Betty Kaus (Newhouse); his grandparents, John, Hortense Newhouse, Albert and Hattie Kaus; his siblings-in-law, Ann Kaus and John Paku; and his nephew Christopher Kaus.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dave Kaus (MaryAnn), Dean Kaus (Wanda), Nancy Paku, Doug Kaus (Michelle) and Mary Johnson; his nieces and nephews, Beth Sweeney (Shannon), Michael Kaus, Jeremy Trout (Adri), Josh Kaus (Tiera), Matt Cottingham (Cheri), Jason Kaus, Sabrina Deaver, Carolina Gonzalez (Sammy), Christopher Johnson, Ariel Heath (Justin), Steven Paku (Shannon) and Michael Paku; and his aunt Joyce Brackett. He is also survived by several cousins, and many great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dieterle Memorial (1120 S Broadway, Montgomery, IL 60538). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Nicholas Catholic Church (308 High St, Aurora, IL 60505).
