He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence and Phyllis; his sister Laurie Henke; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Phyllis Pierson.
He is survived by: his wife Connie L; his children, Jennifer Taylor (Tim) and David M Parr, Jr. (Kristin); his grandchildren, Michael Parr, Mackenzie Parr and Maegan Parr; his sister Kathy DeDecker (Mark); and his siblings-in-law, Paula German (John) and Randy Pierson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
