It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David McQueen of Montgomery, Illinois, born in Newman, Illinois, who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive McQueen (Warnes) and Charles Donald McQueen. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Joseph (Theresa), Becky Saffold (Dave), Beth Louge (Rich) and Kay McQueen; and his grandchildren, Angi Schopp (Troy), Jackie Kreuzer (Kevin), David Saffold (Amy), Sarah Saffold, Kristi Ziegler (Brian), Nick Louge, Brittany Tanzer (Dan), Jacob Wilhoyt (Jessica) and Rachel Peters. He is also survived by his 15 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in David's name may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, Season's Hospice, or the Church of the Good Shepherd of Oswego.
