We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2019, at the age of 63, Daniel O'Brien (Montgomery, Illinois), born in Aurora, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Woodrow and Helene O'Brien; his brothers-in-law, Joel Binder, Mark Puccini and Larry McGee; and his friend Bob.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Kujawski; his sons, Jonathan (Sam Rodriguez), Timothy O'Brien and Daniel O'Brien; his siblings, Kathy Binder, Terri O'Brien, Marianne O'Brien, Patsy Berryman (Leon) and Edward "Eddie" (Sharon O'Brien); his godmother Mary Houchins; his siblings-in-law, Allen Polisczcuk (Sue), Fred Kujawski, Donna Puccini, Lynette Diehn (Verne) and Caryl Doty; and his pets, Mikey and Simba.
