He is survived by: his significant other Rhiannon Schwolow of Montgomery, IL; his parents, John Jr of Oswego, IL and Sylvia Jr of Oswego, IL; his grandparents, John Sr of Oxford, WI and Kathy Boese, Sr of Oxford, WI; and also Boese, Jr of Oswego, IL. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a Memorial Fund for his unborn child in care of his father, John Boese, Jr.
