He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Shirley Leadbetter, Leslie and Marilee Winders; his aunt Peggy; and his uncle Brian Winders.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Leadbetter and Dawn Leadbetter (Winders); his daughters, Caylie and Madison Leadbetter; the mother of his children Carrie Leadbetter; his nieces and nephews, Cody and Taylor Wyeth; and also, Charles and Dawn Leadbetter. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In memory of Cam, memorials may be directed to his family for his daughters or The East Aurora Old Timers Football Association.
