He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Cook Sr. and Gretchen Cook (Spies) of Aurora, IL; his siblings, Kevin Cook Jr., Matthew Cook (Telea), Justin Cook (Katie), Trish Cook and Lauren Ester (Dale); his great-aunt Judy Lyons; and his grandmothers, Dorothy Hill and Loretta Dittman. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews, and friends.
