She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Gerten and Mary Gerten (McKeagie); her sister Cathy Becker; and her grandchildren, Amy Sorg and Bradley Sorg.

She is survived by: her husband Donald Morris; her daughter Candy Sorg (Jim) of Oswego; her grandchildren, Brian Sorg (Kimmi) of Plainfield and Carrie McAuliffe (Jay) of Eagle, WI; and her great grandchildren, B. J., Brady, Brennan, Bryce Sorg, Connor, Reilly and Ava McAuliffe. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and several cousins.
