It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Belinda K Bailey (Montgomery, Illinois), born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on May 1, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Geneva; and her brothers, Jerry Howard and Tom Howard. She is survived by: her father James Smithey (Dolores); her siblings, Wanda Landorf and Kelly J. Smithey; her stepsister Debbie Goggin; and her children, Buddy and Dude. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
