He is survived by: his wife Maria C Castro; his children, Sylvia Esquivel (Greg), Angel Castro Jr. (Jessica), Gesenia Cobb (Trent), Veronica V Castro, Johnny Castro and Noe Chavez; his grandchildren, Anthony I Esquivel, Christian C Castro, Aaron G Esquivel, Damian R Lopez, Andres Esquivel, Ethan W. Cobb, Massimo Valerio, Jaeda Castro, Maya Cobb, Giovany Castro and Dahlia A. Castro; and his great grandchildren, Diego A. Castro Soto and Gianluca W. Porcelli.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dieterle Memorial (1120 S Broadway, Montgomery, IL 60538). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Therese of Jesus Catholic Church (271 N Farnsworth Ave, Aurora, IL 60505).
