She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephanie and Raymond. She is survived by: her husband Melvin; her children, Kurt (Colleen) and Tiffany Legut (Sam); her grandchildren, Hudson, Delaney, Landon and Reagan; and her caregivers, Victoria and Robin.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dieterle Memorial (1120 S Broadway, Montgomery, IL 60538). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (620 Fifth St, Aurora, IL 60505).
