He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Stuber and Charlotte Stuber; his former wife Joyce; his sons, Jeffery Harper, Timothy Harper, Steven Harper and Jay Harper; his sister Charlotte Andresen (late Robert); his half-siblings, Charles Nelson (late Rose) and Verna Copp; and his grandson Jeremy Stuber.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; and his children, Danny, Carl (Nancy), Philip Harper (Patricia), Lynda Alsobrook (Mark), Deanna Seiler (Steven), Beth Carlson and Janel Betsinger (Charles). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
