He was predeceased by: his father David L. Frakes; and his brothers, Robert Frakes and David Frakes, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Martha Frakes (Bloyd); his son William L. Frakes Jr.; his stepchildren, Mackenzie Burkett, Morgan Holeman and Dalton Holeman; and his siblings, Dottie Frakes of Monmouth and Arlie (Debbie) of Galesburg. He is also survived by 2 grandsons; 2 granddaughters.
