He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Noble and Florence Meyers Haas; his wife Kathy A. Jacobs of Monmouth; his daughter Kristy Mueller (John); and his grandsons, Luke and Miles Mueller.
A memorial fund is being established for the Honor Guard of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, which may be sent to Turnbull Funeral Home in his memory.
