He was predeceased by: his father Willard Moore. He is survived by: his mother Clita Moore of Monmouth, IL; his wife Pam Moore of Monmouth, IL; his daughters, Leslie Monahan (Dave) of Hampton, NJ, Erin Harlan (Zac) of Marion, IA and Kellie Schumacher (Brian) of Channahon, IL.; his grandchildren, Corbett, Evie Monahan, Audrie, Addie, Alexandria, Alice Harlan, Nora, Evan and Henry Schumacher; and his siblings, Gene Moore (Debbie), Larry Moore (Sherry) and Connie Frakes of Monmouth, IL..
